Students can obtain the Supplementary Application forms after remitting the prescribed fee at Office of Examinations, Kengeri Campus, Bangalore.

Online Application:

Students can download the Supplementary Application form in Portable Document Format (PDF), and send the prescribed fee prepared in Demand Draft (DD) favouring “Christ University” payable at “Bangalore” along with the filled PDF Supplementary Application form . Name of the Student and Register Number should be written behind the DD.
